Reservations are only considered firm upon receipt and collection of the deposit, which will then be deducted from the invoice at the end of the stay (corresponding to 100% of the accommodation amount no later than 48 hours before the stay).

. Due to numerous unpaid invoices, credit cards are no longer accepted as a guarantee. A deposit is required to confirm your stay.

Furthermore, only the reservation confirmation from us constitutes proof of your reservation and the validated rates, which are included as an acknowledgment of receipt of your payment. Under no circumstances can a quote be considered a reservation confirmation.

. If you do not have a credit card, you must pay a deposit by any other payment method accepted by our establishment. Reservations are only considered firm upon receipt and collection of the deposit, which represents 100% of the accommodation amount (constituting a means of cancellation).

In the event of a complaint, you must contact the establishment within 48 hours of your departure by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Any complaints not complying with these terms will not be processed.
